  The office staff is terrific at keeping you up-to-date with where you are "in line." And as the installation time gets closer, they get more specific with the probable dates and the length of time the job will take to complete.
  
  On the day of installation of my new doors, the team was professional and speedy, and cleaned up every speck before they left. Late in the day we discovered that the wrong glass had been ordered for the front door. This was also handled professionally and quickly by my salesman, with everything corrected within a week. I could not be happier with my new doors and look forward to hiring this company later this year for windows.
